Overall: Adventure Office has been there for us, from on-boarding to accepting updates/changes today. We ALWAYS get return phone calls (assuming they didn’t answer the phone) and emails in a timely manner. On any given day we can speak with a human that will help/address/solve any problem we’ve had over the last 10 years.
Pros: What I like most of AO, for as long as I’ve been with them, is I can see yearly changes and upgrades and know that the fees I’m paying are going towards continual improvement in the software and service they provide me.

Great Software
Overall: Not only are the owners great people, the entire team is super helpful and friendly… and most of them have actually worked in this business, so they understand your perspective so much better. No company is perfect, but they really strive to make the best product for their customers and make great improvements every year.
Pros: This software increased our revenue by a massive amount. Customers also love being able to book 24/7 on our website without having to talk to anyone. There are a lot of customizable features, so you can really make it work the best for your unique business.

Whitewater Rafting
Overall: I love Adventure Office and the support staff. They are an amazing group of people. If one cannot help me they are not afraid to move me up to the next level of support. This software is constantly growing and improving. We have many trip offerings making it is rather complicated to get through the set up, but if you are thoughtful and careful, it will serve you well.
Pros: It is user friendly making it easy to train new staff to check availability, make a reservation, take a payment, print reports and operate the point of sale. We are a whitewater rafting company in Colorado. I am a huge fan of the operations end of the program. I can maximize our boat capacity which maximizes our profits.

Overall: This is absolutely the best software to use. We love it. I personally looked at 14 other platforms and this is the best out there. Ease of use, functionality, price and features for our back office and our customers far exceed the competitions software. I can’t recommend them enough. Overall: What sets them apart is their customer service and availability to answer questions and walk you through step by step. They are also willing to listen to customer needs and make adjustments to the software based on feedback.
Pros: Going from 0-100 in a seasonal business with a new software system can be intimidating, but the staff at AO was there for us every step of the way. They answered questions, customized features and ironed out the kinks.
