After spending many months researching the options available, we have no doubt we made the right decision on which system to go with to support our current growth spurt. The AO system handles our lodging, rafting, caving, weddings, SUP and more with ease and less complications than our previous software. Not only has it created a better and more seamless experience for our guests but it has also made our office and operations staff's job easier. The POS, staff scheduling, and resource management tools are just as useful as promised. All this to say, we are very pleased with the performance and the support of Adventure Office in our first year with them.

My favorite part of working with Adventure Office is the amazing support team! Our requests for upgrades are always considered and more often than not, implemented over time. Problems are addressed immediately. Our online reservations are increasing every year. We don't touch most of these until the guests arrive at our front desk as confirmation emails and payments are automatic. Online waivers save time at check-in and eliminate mistakes when entering waivers by hand. Adventure Office isn't perfect, but what program is? It is constantly improving, rendering it the right choice for Wilderness Aware.​

The best & most important thing I can say about Adventure Office is that I KNOW I'm being heard! That doesn't mean I get everything I want, but I know that the team at AO is always listening to me & working to make my life easier by improving their software. I also LOVE that they're not part of some corporate conglomerate who doesn't even understand this industry, they are real people that I can call & have a relationship with, I even get to see the principals at annual trade shows.
